Looking for an easy treat idea or dessert recipe to make for your next Fall gathering? Here is a simple 3 ingredient snack recipe everyone will love.
If you know me, then you know when it comes to hosting…
I am much more interested in making things look pretty…and less interested in making things taste yummy.
In other words?
I am a curator…not a culinarian. 🙂
When we are preparing to host Thanksgiving at my Mom’s house…
I am more interested with helping to create the Fall centerpiece decor, than I am about what time the turkey needs to go in the oven. 🙂
But similar to when we hosted Eve’s Homecoming dinner a few weeks ago, when I made a few easy appetizersHERE and then agreed to calling the caterer for the main course…
I DO love to serve an EASY and delicious treat or snack that gives a nod to the season we are in.
Particularly snacks and treats that not only taste yummy but also look pretty!
Which is why I decided to try out this super easy, 3 ingredient dessert recipe last Sunday, while we were hosting company to watch the football games!
We tested out two versions of these pretzel apple bites, one with caramels and one with Rolo’s!
If you want to know how easy it is to make & serve these delicious bite size snacks that everyone will love…

EASY 5 Minute Dessert Recipe – Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & lay out pretzels in rows on the paper.
Next, place a caramel OR Rolo’s candy on top of each pretzel.
We decided to try both caramel’s and Rolo’s and decide which version of these pretzel bites we like better!
Place baking sheets in a 250 degree pre-heated oven for 5 minutes.
While the pretzels are baking, we cut up the Granny Smith apples into bite sized pieces, ready for easy topping!
Remove pretzel bites from oven and place bite size apple pieces on top of each pretzel treat.
Let cool and serve!
Now for the Caramel VS. Rolo’s results!
The kiddos all loved “chocolate” better, in their words – which are the Rolo’s.
While the adults all seem to prefer the caramel pretzel bites!!
Which means?
Both are winners and equally yummy!
I hope you try this super easy dessert recipe!
Happy Fall friend!
Living on a prayer,
Heather
